After release from jail or prison, it is important that the individual continue to develop their relationship with Christ Jesus.  This is sometimes difficult because they may not yet feel comfortable in joining a Bible study in a church.  We encourage all former prisoners to find and join a Bible study. 

If you know a former inmate, please take the time to invite them to a Bible study in your church or in your home.  Or, begin a Bible study specifically for ex-prisoners.  One of the most important factors is that you encourage them and make them feel welcome.
